Root master e1b90f9 adds atomic and dry-run-safe port claims, table/JSON output aliases, a doctor + ports + lint pre-push preset, six Bun regression tests, and the first root-only GitHub Actions gate. Repository topology, release notes, clone instructions, and the reserved spec 04 slot are current. Concurrent frontend-owned paths and active UI branches were untouched.
