Commit 334b7d7 completes scoped references and rename for entities, relations, permissions, relation type references, subject-set references, and traversal leaves. Same-named members in different entities remain isolated, and rename fails closed on invalid identifiers or same-scope collisions.

The LSP now advertises and handles textDocument/references, textDocument/rename, textDocument/codeAction, and textDocument/semanticTokens/full. Code actions create unresolved relations, add a first permission, and extract complex permission expressions; semantic tokens cover keywords, types, relations, permissions, backend values, and comments.

Twenty-eight focused LSP tests include capability registration, per-feature analysis coverage, and an in-memory JSON-RPC references round trip with declaration inclusion and exclusion. All workspace targets, strict Clippy, formatting, SDK type-contract tests, 51 CLI tests, and seven-crate packaging pass; remote Rust coverage rose to 74.42% and passed the 69.72% ratchet.

Wave 12 stayed within root/specs/08-CONCURRENT-PROGRAM-HANDOFF.md. Only Protocol LSP code/tests/documentation and the Research ledger changed; no UI-owned, product packages/ui, Portal, registry publication, or tag path was touched.
