What it is. This site — the program’s status ledger. Bun + Astro 7 + SolidJS + Tailwind 4 (Vite underneath), serving the Frauthy Project Management Living Program Ledger: structured workstreams, a dedicated dossier page per repository, and the version timeline.

How it stays current. The content is a versioned snapshot (src/data/registry.json), advanced only by the ingestion pipeline:

bun run ingest digests/wave-1.md

A digest is plain markdown — one ## <repo> section per changed repo with status: / ci: / deploy: / coverage: field lines, closed: MKT-1, MKT-2 gap closures, and free-text note: lines. Each ingest archives the previous snapshot to src/data/versions/, bumps the content version, applies the field updates, marks gaps closed, and appends an immutable event to the changelog. Nothing on these pages is hand-edited.

Why it exists. The gap-closure program runs as parallel lanes (one agent per repo). Lanes report completion digests; the orchestrator ingests them at each wave gate. The site is therefore both the executive summary and the audit trail — every number traces to a version, every version to a digest.
